Diana serves as the Compliance Manager for Matrix. Her responsibilities include FINRA, MSRB point of contact, daily management of Matrix compliance for broker dealer registration, registered offices, registered reps and municipal advisors. Diana has been with the firm since 1998 and has held many different roles throughout her years at Matrix, including Office Manager, Human Resources Manager and worked in AP/AR Payroll.
Prior to Matrix, Diana worked at the Eastern Virginia Medical School as the Administrative Assistant and Residency Program Coordinator for the Department of Radiology. She received a Business Administrations degree from Tidewater Community College and her AAMA at Virginia Beach General Hospital.
