With each assignment, we are committed to maximizing value and exceeding the expectations of our clients.

There is not a “one-size-fits-all” transaction process that will maximize value regardless of the client’s situation – which is why Matrix customizes every transaction process within the confines of the then existing marketplace in order to meet the unique and specific needs of each client. By running a targeted and structured transaction M&A process, we are able to achieve transaction values typically above our quoted valuation range. We pride ourselves on providing flawless execution and offering an intensive, detailed approach to each and every transaction we handle.

Since 1988 we have successfully completed hundreds of merger & acquisition transactions and created hundreds of satisfied clients. We maintain constant communication with the private equity, mezzanine and senior lending markets, and over the years have developed thousands of relationships with these key M&A industry participants.
