What our Clients Are saying

  • “The decision to sell a family owned business like ours is never easy, especially when employees and franchisees have become part of your extended family. Our decision to engage Matrix to assist us with this process was as easy as it was obvious. Through the years we have had a number of opportunities to work with Matrix, and they always conducted themselves in a way that is commensurate with the high standards that we established for ourselves at Tedeschi’s. Their work is top notch, and the guidance that they provided us from start to finish was invaluable.”

    Peter Tedeschi, President and CEO
    Tedeschi Food Shops, Inc.
  • “The justification of locations and reallocation of capital to maximize potential return is a process that chains should periodically perform. It has also allowed us to refocus on our core assets.”

  • “I have been the ‘shepherd’ of the F.L. Roberts’ company assets for over forty years and have been fortunate to lead Roberts with the help of a talented executive and advisory team adding very successful ventures in other related business spaces.  Many of these ventures have become consumer favorites in our region.  Selling was the most difficult challenge I have ever had to face.  Matrix quickly grasped the meaningfulness of our asset mix and how to capitalize on the significant value our team had created.  This was a challenge they crafted into a successful sale strategy.  I am very indebted to their talented team.”
