Josh is a member of the Downstream Energy & Convenience Retail Investment Banking Group and is responsible for conducting financial, industry, and buyer research, creating valuation and financing models, and preparing selling and private placement memoranda. Prior to joining Matrix, he was an assurance associate with RSM US LLP in their Financial Services practice.
Josh graduated from Johns Hopkins University, where he received an M.S. in Finance. While at Johns Hopkins University, Josh was an NCAA Academic All-American Honoree on the Varsity Football Team, as well as a First Team All-Centennial Conference selection. Prior to pursuing his masters, he graduated summa cum laude from Shepherd University with a B.S in Accounting, where he was also a member of the Varsity Football Team. Josh has passed all four sections of the CPA exam and is currently fulfilling the remaining licensure requirements.
