Matrix Capital Markets Group, Inc. and MCMG Capital Advisors, Inc. (collectively “Matrix” or the “Firm”) have developed a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”) on how the Firm will respond to events that disrupt its business. Since the timing and impact of a disaster is unpredictable, Matrix will have to be flexible in responding to events as they unfold. Matrix is providing you with the following information on our BCP.

Matrix’s Business Continuity Plan
The Firm plans to recover and resume business operations as quickly as possible by safeguarding its employees and property and protecting the Firm’s books and records. The BCP is designed to allow the Firm to resume operations as quickly as possible, given the scope and severity of the business disruption. The BCP addresses: data backup and recovery, mission-critical systems, alternative communications with clients and employees, and alternative physical location of employees.

Varying Disruptions
SBDs can vary in scope, such as only one of the buildings in which the Firm is located, one of the business districts where the Firm is located, or the city/region where the Firm is located. Within each of these areas, the severity of the disruption can also vary from minimal to severe. In the event that a business disruption was to occur in any of these areas, Matrix has a plan that will allow the Firm to continue operations as quickly as possible.
