Nate is a member of the Downstream Energy & Convenience Retail Investment Banking Group and is responsible for conducting financial, industry, and buyer research, creating valuation and financing models, and preparing selling and private placement memoranda. Prior to joining Matrix, Nate was a Senior Associate in the Deals Consulting group of PwC, one of the Big Four accounting firms.
Nate earned a B.S. in Accounting from Elon University and then worked as a long-haul truck driver before attending Cornell University where he earned a M.P.S. in Management with an Accounting concentration. He holds the Certified Public Accountant designation.
