Leo is a member of the Downstream Energy & Convenience Retail Investment Banking Group and is responsible for conducting financial, industry, and buyer research, creating valuation and financing models, and preparing selling and private placement memoranda. He interned at Berkeley Research Group in the summer of 2024.
Leo graduated summa cum laude from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond where he received a B.S.B.A. in Economics and Finance. He is qualified as a FINRA Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63) and Investment Banking Representative (Series 79).
